Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
On your arrival at the IGI airport in Delhi, our representative will meet you and escort you to the hotel. Spend the day relaxing at your hotel or visit the nearby attractions. Take a walk along the streets to be familiar with the diverse culture of Delhi. You can also visit India Gate to spend some time relaxing. Another fun option is taking a rickshaw ride in the Old Delhi. This part of Delhi gives the essence of the medieval era even today. After the enjoyment, come back to your hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
Have a hearty breakfast and leave with your guide for the Delhi sightseeing tour. We will start the day by visiting the Lakshmi Narayan Temple. This is a beautifully adorned shrine in the heart of the city, dedicated to Lord Vishnu and his concert Lakshmi. Next, you will visit the Qutub Minar Complex. The 73-meter tall tower built by Qutbuddin Aibak is a World Heritage Site. From here, you will travel towards the north and drive past the Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhawan (President's House). Pay a tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat. Also, visit Shanti Van - the cremation site of Jawaharlal Nehru and Jantar Mantar - a royal observatory.
After the day's excursion, come back to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 3: Delhi to Agra by road-
Today morning, after breakfast, you will leave for Agra by road. En-route visit Tomb of Akbar at Sikandra. This tomb made up of red stone and marble is surrounded by a green landscape and is worth a visit. You will reach Agra by noon. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and take some rest. In the evening, visit Sadar Bazar the local market of Agra. Here you will find everything including handicrafts, sweets, garments, leather bags and much more.
Get back to your hotel and go to sleep after dinner.
Day 4: Agra
Day 4 of your Golden Triangle with Amritsar Itinerary is exciting as you are going to view the most beautiful symbol of love. An early morning rise will reward you with the stunning views of the majestic Taj Mahal adorned beautifully with the first rays of the sun. Enjoy exploring the epitome of love early in the morning and admire the beauty of one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Twenty thousand masons and artisans worked for 20 years to construct this white marble monument. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Thereafter, head out for the Agra sightseeing tour. Visit Agra Fort. This beautiful piece of architecture was the royal residence of the Mughal dynasty before they shifted their capital to Delhi. Next, visit the Tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah. Owing to a resemblance with the Taj Mahal, this monument is also known as 'Baby Taj'.
Post excursion, return to the hotel for a relaxed overnight stay.
Day 5: Agra to Jaipur
Enjoy your breakfast and leave for Jaipur by road. En route cherish a stopover at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal town. Fatehpur Sikri is a great destination for history buffs. The place is spotted with several Mughal architectural wonders. Visit Buland Darwaza built by Akbar to commemorate his victory over Gujrat. Also, explore Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal Palace, and Panch Mahal. Post exploration, again start your trip to Jaipur.
On arrival check-in at the hotel and freshen up. After resting for a while, head out for Jaipur sightseeing tour. Visit the City Palace. Located in the heart of Jaipur, City Palace is a perfect example of Rajput and Mughal architecture. Wander around the beautifully decorated courtyards and explore the edifices like Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal within the palace complex. Apart from architecture, admire the beautiful gardens and decorated courtyards. Get a glimpse of royal costumes and Rajput weapons in the museum of Chandra Mahal.
Next, visit Jantar Mantar the royal observatory and Nawab Saheb ki Haveli.
After the day's exploration, get back to your hotel and enjoy a comfortable sleep.
Day 6: Jaipur City Tour
Start the day with crunchy breakfast and get ready to enjoy the royal essence of Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort, an excellent example of Mughal and Hindu architecture. Perched on a hilltop, this fort creates a stunning reflection in the Maota Lake. Enjoy elephant ride while returning from the fort and delight in a panoramic view of the city. Your next stop is Hawa Mahal. There are 953 small windows on the outer wall that gives the palace a honeycomb-like shape. The palace was constructed by Sawai Pratap Singh. The five-storied building served as women's chambers allowing the royal women to enjoy a view of the daily life on the street.
In the evening, visit Bapu Bazar, and other local markets to enjoy shopping. If you want to buy authentic and traditional jewelry, clothes and precious gemstone, Johari Bazaar is the ideal place. Buy wooden showpiece and colorful handicrafts as souvenirs at Mirja Ismail Road.
Post sightseeing, return to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 7: Jaipur to Delhi by Road
Today morning, have your breakfast and leave for Delhi by road. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 8: Delhi to Amritsar by Train
On day 8 of your Golden Triangle Tour with Golden Temple, have your breakfast and get ready for a lovely train journey from Delhi to Amritsar. On arrival in the 'City of the Golden Temple', check-in at the hotel and freshen up. After taking rest for some time, head out for the Amritsar sightseeing tour. Today you will visit Tarn Taran and Goindwal. Both are enriched with architectural excellence and historical significance. The 19th district of Punjab, Tarn Taran Sahib, dates back to the times of the fifth Sikh Guru Shri Guru Arjun Dev Ji who laid the foundation of this city in 1596. Visit the Tarn Taran Sahib Gurdwara, an excellent piece of Mughal architecture. The Gurdwara also houses the largest lake in Punjab. It is believed that the water of this lake can cure skin disease.

Day 9: Amritsar Tour
