Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Kochi
On arrival at the Kochi International Airport / Railway Station you will meet by the Travelogy India representative, who will escort and transfer you to the hotel/resort.
Relax a while and keep your first day only for the beaches in Kochi city, as the Kochi beaches named Cherai Beach and Fort Kochi Beach are renowned for breath-taking beauty or turn to on, its silky feel of sand under your feet. The gentle lashing of the sea waves and the cool breeze will definitely have a balm-like effect on you and help you slowly unwind and relax or remove the flustered feeling of a vigorous tour.
After basking up the tranquil atmosphere at the beach surrender yourself for night stay at the hotel/resort at Kochi.
Day 2: Kochi Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Kochi referred to as the “Gateway to Kerala” or an ideal starting point for the unfathomable diversity, rich historical heritage, and beauty of Kerala.
On a sightseeing tour of this lovely seaside city, you will indulge with the other much-visited places of Kochi includes Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church and many more which will enable you to understand the essence of Kerala in its very origins.
To complete this sightseeing expedition, in the evening headed to Kochi famous shopping markets that are loaded with lovely curios.
Later return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kochi.
Day 3: Kochi – Alleppey (Houseboat)
In the morning, after breakfast proceed to one of the exotic spots of backwaters in the state of Kerala “Alleppey” where a delightful experience is waiting for you.
Its Alappuzha beach, entertainment facilities at the Vijaya Beach Park, an old lighthouse nearby beach and the traditional houseboat called the Kettuvalam/Cruise experience is really a wonderful and unforgettable for you.
In these houseboats you can enjoy all creature comforts of a good hotel including furnished bedrooms, modern toilets, cozy living rooms, a kitchen and even a balcony for angling.
So enjoy panoramic views or landscapes of backwater life while staying in a houseboat.
Day 4: Alleppey – Kovalam
After spending a good time on houseboats/cruise along with the beautiful waterways, it is now time to move or relax on the beauty of the Kovalam beaches named Lighthouse Beach, Hawah Beach, and Samudra Beach which is famous for shallow waters and low tidal waves.
After arrival at Kovalam, our executive will help you to check-in hotel/resort, relax for a while and rest of the day spent on falcate shaped Kovalam beaches bordered with coconut trees, silvery-white sands and clean crystal clear water that will fascinate you to jump in for an enjoyable swimming session or for a leisure walk in the evening.
If you think that your Kovalam tour is confined to beaches and natural bliss, so you are wrong, there are many interesting adventurous or beaches activities like water diving, parasailing, windsurfing, bonfire and many more will surely please you and relax you.
Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 5: Kovalam – Trivandrum
On the fifth day of the tour, after breakfast move towards much sought-after tourist destination, clean and green, “Thiruvananthapuram” - the capital of Kerala.
As this beautiful city has a long shoreline and home to internationally renowned beaches, historic monuments, backwater stretches, exquisite artwork, age-old palaces, and a rich cultural heritage which indulge you the entire day.
A few to name are Veli Tourist Village, Aakulam Boat Club, Science, and Technology Museum, Padmanabha Swamy Temple and also the Shangumugham Beach.
Later rest your tired or exhausted body in the hotel/resort in Trivandrum.
Day 6: Trivandrum (Departure)
On the last day of your Kerala Beach tour, our agent will help you to check out and escort you back to the Airport/ Railway station for your onward journey or journey back home.
